The form opens with dypatil id only. and if it asks for permission. please follow the steps mentioned below.

First click on the link and hold on, it will get copied, then you open chrome and click on three dots on the top and click on the new incognito tab,

paste the link, it will for sign in, use Dy Patil id for signing in if you have forgotten the pwd use SSmart@999 and fill the details and submit.

The photograph to be uploaded should be plain background with a formal dress. if you do not have it you can take a selfie with a proper plain background and upload it. Please remember no stylish selfie, no scenery background, or no other friends or family members in your photo.

Please fill and submit the form before 19th Jan eve 5 pm.
