Hope you and your family are all well.

We are glad to welcome the students back to college as per the Government guidelines. While in college we will ensure that all health & safety guidelines laid down by the government are properly followed. All COVID 19 norms like Social Distancing, wearing masks & sanitizing frequently will be strictly implemented.

As parents you are the best person to take the decision if you would like your ward to attend college or not given the new Covid Omicron variant situation. Hence only if you are willing & give your consent, we shall allow your ward to come to college. If you decide to send your ward to college you need to submit a consent form & ensure that he/she is double vaccinated. In the interest of the safety of all our students, only those students who are double vaccinated will be allowed to come to college.

We are hereby attaching the Consent Form. You are requested to download the same, fill it, Scan it & upload it on https://forms.gle/u5RrdiV6voqPAf426 along with the double vaccination certificate.  We are aware that most of you have previously filled in the consent letter for your ward, but owing to the prevailing new CoronaVirus Omicron variant we request you to fill in the consent letter once again.

If we do not receive the form, your ward shall not be allowed to attend college physically whenever it opens up as per Government notification.
